Eligibility For Permanent Makeup Procedures
Please note that you cannot undergo a permanent makeup procedure if you are:

Less than 18years old

A pregnant or breastfeeding woman (as it accelerates heartbeat)

Having any allergies like cold/flu
-
Have seizures or liver disease
-
Diabetic (under supervision) or currently undergoing chemotherapy. Diabetes type2 patient needs to get a doctor’s note before you can book appointment.

Hepatitis B or HIV patient must disclose (via the consultation link first) and we’d let you know if to go ahead and book your
-
Having severe skin concerns such as eczema, keloid scar or acne on your face (you can consult with your doctor/dermatologist and if you’re advised that you can get it done, you need a note from your doctor). However, you can have the procedure done if you have it on the body but not face
-
Known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients of this product.
BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied towards your total service cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 48–72 hours notice in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

If email is unanswered, please call or text so we can respond promptly. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in loss of deposit. Please note that any fees charged will not be carried over to future appointments.

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future booking
LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly request that you are punctual for your appointment

In case of emergencies, please inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate accommodations

A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After which can result in the cancellation of your appointment and a charge for the full payment.

Arriving later than this may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule.

Repeated lateness may impact your ability to book future appointments.
PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
As part of our service, we may take before and after photos or videos to document your results. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms and marketing materials.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to this practice. If you prefer not to have your images used publicly, please let us know prior to your appointment and we will gladly respect your privacy.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Due to the nature of our services and to maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests (including children) are allowed during your appointment.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

All tools and surfaces are sanitized before and after each client to maintain a hygienic space.

Final results & expectations may vary depending on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle habits.
